Should I get a Re Audio sxx10 or the Alpine Type R swr10?

The alpine type r swr, peaks at 3,000 watts and runs at 1,000rms. The Re audio sxx peaks at 2,000 watts and has a rms of 1,00 as well, and do I go 2ohm or 4ohm?? Plan on powering with a BOSS amp that peaks at 3000 and rms 1000 Which route should I go??

Subs both are ok but a 12" sub will give you much more output for the same power. I would pick the alpine sub though since it can work in a smaller box, not much bigger than the re 10".
