I just installed 2 10in subs in closed box with an amp im getting voice through the subs and the bass isnt very strong what could be the problem other than they are sdx sub kit from pepboys?
You need a low pass filter, usually head units and amplifiers have that built-in these days, need to look at the manuals, if not you can buy them separately.
