Is there any decent subs out there that hit hard in this price range?? Also is it possible to get a good amp for around $100? Any Suggestions would help me alot

you can get 2 10" rockford punch stage 1 for 140 bucks. They are pretty good.

your best bet is to go with a single good 12" sub like the adire Shiva 12" for $125. as for amps, under $250 yes. Under $100 no. you're being a bit too cheap. you need to save up a bit more then you can get some reliable gear.
