Is the SA-12 D4 and SA-15 D4 both dual 4 ohm voive coils. That mean i can wire them at 1 ohm. And what size box should i get for the 12's or size box for the 15's. And yes in differently looking for SPL. So the box needs to be ported. And then if so what should it be tuned to ? |

Silver Member Username: Joe1234Post Number: 484 Registered: May-09 | Well I guess it depends on the space you have for the 12" you need 2 cuft plus port airspace plus the thickness of the wood, 2 subs will need around 5 cuft enclosure, the sa-15 need 3.5 cuft each so maybe 8-9 cubic feet or more enclosure going by their specs. I'd say it's more like 1 sa-15 or 2 sa-12. Also on the pdf it says sa-12 comes D2, D4 while the sa-15 only D4. |
