Amp decision help!

I will be running (probably) the K2 Power 165-K3P components.
and my existing pair of 260w 4-way 6x9 pioneers.

I want to get rid of the 120w 3-way pioneer coaxials in my doors and replace them with the woofer component in the K2-165-K3P set.

Dilemma: should i use one amp for the component sets in the front, and a seperate amp for the rear 6x9s, or use one amp and try to get about 200 watts to all 4 points.

Im looking at the Rockford Fosgate 800.4 and the 1500.4
Now i will use two JL 1000/1 amps for the drivers. And they'll of course, go in the trunk. I will barely have room for ONE of the said Rockford Fosgate amps. I dont know if i could fit Two smaller amps in there. Maybe barely.

Given all that, what id like to find out is..
Given that the Focal Components im getting are rated at 400 watts max (good.. 200w nominal it says on their site.) and the pioneer 6x9s i have in the back are 260w max. Which amp would be better power wise? what ohm should i run the amps at for 4 channels? 1ohm i can get the best power out of the amp yes, but id much rather use a 2 ohm setting for the amp, to get better sound quality?

I dont know if that matters much, or if fine tuning will fix everything even if i run them at 1 ohm.

T8004:
50 W x 4 @ 4 Ohms RMS
100 W x 4 @ 2 Ohms RMS
200 W x 4 @ 1 Ohms RMS
200 W x 2 @ 4 Ohms Bridged RMS
400 W x 2 @ 2 Ohms Bridged RMS
==With this amp at 1ohm i get the 200x4 i want. but at 2ohm, only 100.

T15004:
125 W x 4 @ 4 Ohms RMS
250 W x 4 @ 2 Ohms RMS
375 W x 4 @ 1 Ohms RMS
500 W x 2 @ 4 Ohms Bridged RMS
750 W x 2 @ 2 Ohms Bridged RMS
==With this amp at 1ohm i get 125x4 which is acceptable.. but i dont know if the 2ohm'2 250x4 would damage my 6x9s in the rear by pushing power so close to its max into it.

The Focal sets could handle 250 easily im guessing, but my concern is the pioneers in the back. What if they are SAID to be rated at 260 max and its more like 200. Then the 250 would shred my VCs.

Umm. So you see my thinking?
I want to put good power through my component sets because they are an expensive investment. I do want some juice going to my 6x9s but not to backfill, i dont want to compromise my soundstage. So should i get like a 200.2 amp for the 6x9s and only put 100 watts through each one, and try to put 200 watts each to the components?

Seperate amps? or one amp.
I could use some suggestions.. Id not like to consider other brands.
Ive decided the only thing that would look ok sitting next to the JL1000/1's other than the Punch Fosgates, would be another JL amp, but i dont like their 4ch amps. Maybe two JL 2-ch amps? hmmm...

Help me..
