Silver Member Username: AllthingsfreshPost Number: 160 Registered: Apr-10 | Just got home to make a thread about the 2500.1 Rubicon vs AQ 2200 and seen this =) but so i can't fit my new Xcon 18 in my car the way i would like to. So i should have a new 15 coming soon in a 4^ft box tuned to 33hz. for now.. It's a D2, i'm debating on either going with a rubicon 2500$310 or AQ2200$389.. Anybody have any suggestions? Just curious because the SS is 2500watts vs the AQ2200 at 1ohm so more power for les money with the SS. But is it overrated ? |

Gold Member Username: Livin_loudMW2 Addict Post Number: 3380 Registered: Jan-06 | well, in my book, AQ is the highest on my list brand wise that delivers quality at a lower price than the competition, i'll bet many others will vouch for that too. i don't think it's possible for SS to deliver that kind of power at that price without losing $.as it has been already said, the new amps are overrated. AQ will do it's rated power and more, and do it probably longer than the SS. |

AQ is one of the best values out there right now, anything the seems to be a better deal is probably not. I don't work for AQ or anything, thats just the way it is for now. |
