I have decided on the 3 subs i want to get finally, after looking in the wrong direction at first. This will be going into a 4.5 cuft 32hz box in a 98 passat. Run with a SAZ-1500. I will eventually seal the trunk off too. For now i am just trying to get my sub orderd. if you have any more ideas for spl speakers let me know, i am open to suggestions.
I dont have the power, and probably wont have the power to run a BTL lol. I have a buddy that has a loaded Bl and it sounds great but I think i might try a different brand this time around.
SKD I think i am going to go with a DC xl team version (spl)? i found one on caco for $250ish + shipping, do you know ho wmuch they are new? is that a good price?
Im wondering if that DC xl spl version or whatever is meant for daily pounding. I'd consult with the seller or even DC just to be safe, as it may be built just for spl.
The only DC woofers I have heard were 4 10" lvl 3 w/ lvl 4 softparts, was very impressive and sounded good for an spl setup.
