I am not understanding. Most after market stereo batteries like Kinetik, Powermaster,Stinger, odyssey, ect. ect. say that they are AGM type batteries. If the average AGM battery has a cycle rate of 14.5~14.9v/77 degrees C and a float of 13.6~13.9v/77 degrees C how can they sit in your car on your alternator and not become damaged if your alternator constantly presents 14.5 volts? Would this not exceed the recommended float voltage to maintain one's battery, resulting in overcharge?
