Saturday, June 26, 2010 - 03:43 GMT hmmm im around 142 with a single 12 and 25 mpg in the city in a bmw 3 series. dbs should go up very soon as im upgrading to an 18, and mpgs will probably drop since new box will be like 70 lbs heavier than current box with sub in it

Saturday, June 26, 2010 - 03:54 GMT haha i believe that, i bought the biggest optima i could a while ago and i swear it weighs like 60 lbs. it was funny the first advance auto i went to, the dude told me it wouldn't be compatable with my car.. i was like dude i have a bmw.. my regular battery is in the trunk, i dont need to worry about group size, and besides the battery was just to add a second battery for the car stereo. dumb people in this world, he lost a sale just because he was too dumb for me to want to deal with.

Sunday, June 27, 2010 - 19:13 GMT 2000 chrysler 300m, 255/35R20s . 18-19 mpg with full system, 22 w/o subs and extra battery bank. 144.9 db on music, sealed up, mic at the dash, aka legal, ac spl 190 mic. that was with my pair of 12" alphas and 1 3k at .5 ohm nom, the btl is prob around 142 on one 3k a 1ohm nom, havent been metered yet tho and i just strapped another 3k to it, looking to get 4k strapped at 4 ohms nom which might make it comparable to the alphas.
