Nope. You'd need a mono block. Most 2 channel amps can't run before 4 ohms bridged. You also don't want to run 2 different size woofers. Stick with the 2 12" kickers. If you want the most out of them, get yourself a custom ported enclosure. If they are dual 4 ohm, they can be wired to 4 ohm to your 2 channel amp and you can use the one you have. If they are dual 2 ohm or single 4 ohm, you're going to need a different amp, or run the amp 2 channeled.
