you're driving a sub. stop looking at 2 channel class AB amplifiers.

Go with a class D monoblock amp, and if the sub is dual 4 ohm coils, find one that's 2 ohm stable. If the amp is dual 2 ohm, go for a 1 ohm stable amp. You'll want an amp that puts out a clean 800-1200 watts RMS Try the Audioque AQ1200D (1200W x 1 @ 1 ohm)

If you have a dual 4 sub, you can wire it to 2 ohm. I'd recommend the Kicker 750.1 for that sub. Would be a perfect match.

because if your sub is dual 4 ohm coiled, you'd get 600 watts to the sub from the aq1200d. Also, due to a number of factors, you can generally use an amp rated for higher output than the sub's continuous power handling, but that apparently is beside the point here.

We need to know one important thing here. What's the coil setup on that sub you have?
single or dual coils? 2 or 4 ohms each?

Knowing that, I can tell ya which of the (three) amps to choose
