i havent bought the fi btl18 yet so i was wondering should i get the 1 ohm or 2 ohm? and also of coarse what amp would work best for it. i have a $750 limmit for the amp.
i want to make the amplifier decision off whether the sub is 1 ohm or 2 ohm so can you give me an idea of a good sub that will play 1 ohm and 1 that will play 2 ohm thank you...
Depends entirely on what you want from this. If it's for an SPL event car, then add a couple of alternators, get two of the biggest strappable amps you can find, or one amp in the 5Kw+ range, and throw those at the sub, putting the sub in a 4th or 6th order box.
