Anyone know what the diameter of the screw is that fits into the side post of a battery? I'm looking to order some ring terminals for my wire and don't want to order a size that is too large or too small.

hmmm.... i want to say its something like 5/16
you could always drill it out a bit if its too small or add a couple of flat washers if its too big.

The trick now is to find some reasonably priced ring terminals for 1/0 gauge wire. It's looking like 6 terminals are going to run $30+. That just seems a little high for 6 pieces of metal..
