i noticed my sub was making funny nose and went to go check it out and the screws that hold my port have snapped and letting the mdf vibrate really bad but ive got 4 screws on top and 3 going down either side so the screw and the glue is gone should i just put some extra screws in and get started on a new box cause it will probably gonna happen again

Screws are only going to make the enclosure weaker (the MDF specifically) It does not sound like you have alot of screws anyway so It's weird that your port is loose. I would put some more glue on it and just clamp it until it dries. What glue did you use on the enclosure?

my friend bought a pre-fab slotted enclosure (sounded like sh!t) for his BL 15. Within about two weeks the front baffle was blown off and the only thing holding it on was the carpet. needless to say, it is in a better home now ( i built him a new box for it lol)

Titebond works the best actually. Since it's actually a "wood glue"
