Any here talk to Steve - RD - Not Good

Well I have not posted on here in quite some time, I just lurk now, lol.

Anyways. Steve seems to be freaking slacking on getting me the rest of my order.....REALLY slacking

My buddy spent some large coin on the 3-way set RD was working on and we paid 8 months ago. EIGHT MONTHS AGO......We still have yet to receive the 4" mids or the right X-overs. We got Tweeters and 6.5" with the wrong X-overs.

Steve is frigging stupid hard to get a hold of and has said multiple times that he has the 4" speakers but has yet to send anything to me....it's beyond stupid.

Anyone else having problems like this? I tried a Paypal claim but was past the 45 day limit........not happy at all.

Yeah I've got a bunch of other stuff from him no problem but this has been a nightmare.

More of a heads up and in the odd chance he looks at this site he might try to speed up a little bit.

I've got stuff from RD with no problem, but i've also heard of a lot of people not getting their orders and whatnot i.e. NickV and Caanan

Getting stuff from Steve is easy as long as he is getting money. Now when it comes to a warranty issue, good luck.

The new owner won't be like this, though. He is working to get everything back in order. Be patient, Mike, even though you already have been lol.

Well I'm VERY glad to hear about the new part owner. Customer service needs to be bumped up hardcore.

I mean I love RD products but I've gotten better service from toothless waitresses at Dennys, lol.

I hope things turn out or else I have my buddys 2/3 set of a 3-way set kicking around which is pretty much useless... :-(

well...from what i am seeing from alot of people, from carstereo.net guys and team rd/revolution guys...seems the new guy is taking the reins.

i just still dont know why he hasnt stepped forward and re-introdused himself to the car audio world. i just think people would like a face and name to go with the rebuilding rd audio. just to give customers some piece of mind.

i wish him nothing but the best...good luck turning the company around.

send an email, with an actual order. prices aren't set 100% accurate. Website is under Construction People. Now if you just feel like talking bad about people, then there isnt a good reason for your comments. You have questions on pricing, ask directly on the actual site, not here.

why should i have to come to you for accurate pricing?
you should hire someone to take care of the website.

people see those prices and are IMMEDIATELY pushed away from your business. Why would your prices be any different than what is listed on the website? you shouldn't have prices if i need to call. every price should say "Please call this number xxx-xxx-xxxx"

your website is a waste of a customer's time.
