I am unsure of what you mean but i think you mean that your not going to crimp anything on to the wire and then plug the wire loosely into the AMP. That could cause problems with the power fading in and out. Or the wire falling out of the AMP and touching something it souldnt thus blown a fuse or damaging the cars electronic system. Crimp things it needs to be tight.
