when i hook all my wires up to my mtx rt2400 it just makes the sub buzz really loudly, its like non-stop bass, everything is hooked up perfect because i was testing out all my amps and its the only one that does it, so what could be wrong with this amp, and would it be an easy or inexpensive fix. im new to subs and amps, so help me out!! thanks
thats what it seemed like when i looked up the problem but i hooked up a few different amps and they work fine, its just that one amp.. and it did it in my honda civic when i hooked it up too. it has to be a problem with the amp, i will have to get it looked it or something
yeah what happens sometimes in amps is the circuit boards may get really hot when they are pushed too hard. Connections can become loose and ground out on the chassis.
