Either the wire you have ran is too small of a guage, the fuse in the line is too small or both. Also is the gain set properly?

i am not sure..... i had a 30 amp fuse inline on the ground for my amp and my distibutor block has two 30amp fuses as well... but the fuse that blows is the one on the ground wire. I have 8 gauge wire ran from the battery to a distibutor block and 4 gauge wire everywhere else but the amp is grounded with 8 gauge as well

my amp only has bass boost, Lpf, and input senstivity....
what should i have them set on
starts ends
bass boost 0 18
lpf goes to 50 200
input senstivity 5 0.2

That amp will blow a 30A fuse fast. Replace the inline fuse with 40A. is this is the kac-8104D? If so 40A is what you need.
