ok im thinking of doing a 1600-1800 rms set up

(subs) either 4 12's 2-3 15's maybe a couple 18's

havent bought a new amp yet i might double up my zx 1000.1 , prd1000.1 or just go with a new amp(saz 1500, t1500.1, zx 1500.1, aq2200d, etc)

budget 800-1500 (depends on equipment)

car: 98 civic hb (putting in around a 130 amp alt)

that kicker on that Ti is not doing it justice - im sure it will easily handle double that

i know of ppl who had close to 4000wrms on 1 15 & it handles it

id buy that other TI & something like a sundown 4500d on both subs - that wud be sick ...

i had my mtx's hitting around 145 on 1000rms (3.5 cubed box with a 3x14x18" length port) and the eclipse 15 sounds to be almost as loud i want anouther sub atleast anyways :-) just make the car flex a bit more

how many batteries would u figure i need for 3k rms and which batteries i have a budy that had 2 kenetic 2400's (ill ask if he still has)

look at the specs of the subs, get how many cubes needed for each sub, go to http://www.reaudio.com/speaker_box/LPort_Box_Calc.html start typing in some numbers untill you get the right cube, calc the displacements and itll auto tune the port with ya numbers.
