Make sure you sand all the top of all the panels (so their all flush) before you put the top baffle on so their are no huge gaps... and glue and screw the port together first then put it in. Nice work so far.

looks great man. having more screws adds very little strength to the box, the screws are in there really to only "clamp" the panels together while the glue drys. Screws ever 3-4" for future ref. Once again, nice job!

Lol. Looks like the riveted fuselage of a WW2 bomber. I hope you predrilled all those holes.

1st box behind you FTW.

waaaaaaaaaay too many screws used - i bet that amt wud be enough to do 2 boxes ...like BM3 said 3-4" is good

u did a number on the "circle" cuts lol

& u see that little bit of wood left between the 2 subs - that a weak spot , expect some flex there , i suggest to remedy it that u double baffle the front

as its ur 1st time - its not too bad at all ....

Space to work is a must also. It looks like you were lacking enough of it too.

Still thinking about the painted d1ck thing lol?

if your going to finish it with anything fill in the screw holes with some putty, let it dry then sand it down a bit. would look alot better

Just for future reference though too many screws actually weakens the box. That's why I asked if you pre drilled. If you didn't, each screw is acting like a wedge. The closer they are to each other the higher the probability it will split in time.
