Hi I bought the AQ2200D a little over a year ago but its been sitting in storage for a good 8 months because i wasnt driving, and i went to hook my bass knob up today that comes with the amp and it lights up blue like its suppose to but the knob won't adjust the bass level at all it doesn't do anything but it's wierd it shows that it has power going to it, so i was wondering if you think it could be the bass knob that went bad or is the input on the amp bad thats causing my bass knob not to work and if it is the bass knob is there a way to order another knob with the phone jack that comes with it from anywhere?
I get bass out of my amp but i rather have control over it with the knob any help would be appreciated
Mine sucks too. When turned all the way down, with the slightest touch of pressure to the knob and not even turning it, it acts like I turned it all the way up.
