Ok so my friend wants to sell his older memphis mojo 15 quad 1. He wants me to name a price and i figured you guys could help. Its this style:
image/bmpUpload
mojo.bmp (97.8 k)

it has a broken tinsel lead, which i can fix and there a few scratches in the surround. I heard it before the tinsel lead broke, so i know there isn't anything wrong with it other than what i described above.
I would be using it for a budget spl build in an old ford van.
i just don't want to overpay if i can get something better for the price.
I'm thinking of offering like 150-200, but idk

Not that great of a sub to begin with, and with that damage no way

Well, the good thing is that sub uses a pretty generic 3" coil, a recone should be no more than $125-145.

I have never had much luck with them though,
Everyone I talk to says the old version is louder than the new one. I know of one guy that kept killing the new ones, had PSI recone them instead of Memphis...its was louder (few 10ths) and lasted longer. But hell, I have got better #'s out of the RE SX and DD2500.
