2 type R's Custom Box

I have 2 DVC 4Ohm type R's with a Rockford P1000 rated at 1614@ 1 OHM. I wana build a custom ported box but do not have the true knowledge on how to calculate it. I am hoping i could get some Specs/Dimensions for a box similar to this design shown below. Again i would really appreciate any help i could get at this point as i want to start ASAP  } |

Moe Lester posted a bunch of free plans on there. Hope it works out for you. |

Gold Member Username: Drant19DUB-C, TX Post Number: 2131 Registered: Aug-07 | Rovin has done MANY boxes for type-rs.. he always recommends 4-4.5 cubes @ 32-35Hz. if you want low bass then tune to 32 Hz. im not sure if they will like lower tuning, but hey try it n see if it fits your tastes! Trial n Error works |
