JL 1000/1 hands down. Spend the money. And if so, wire them to a 4 ohm load. 1000/1 isnt stable at 1 ohm. 1.5 - 4 ohms.

AQ2200D.

the jl is a nice amp, but for the price I would pick many others.
Also the jl doesnt give the power those subs need.
Maybe a jl per sub would be ok.

I would try to give them 750-900 each.

w6's are rated at 600 rms. the 1000/1 would deliver 500 rms to each. they are pricey yes but he spent the money on the JL w6's which are great subs, why not match up and get a great amp for them as well.

yea i agree that the jl 1000/1 is a great amp but its a little to much money me. i need a amp thats 1 ohm stable and delivers clean power for sound quality because i keep hearing that the w6v2's have amazing sound quality. i had a 4000/1 power acoustick and didnt like the sound quality. what do you guys think of lanzar, or pipeaudio amps????
