specs at 14.4v

1200x1 @4ohm
2000x1 @2ohm
3200x1 @1ohm

These amps handle up to 18v, would love to know wat power they put out at 18v. can be wired to .25 ohm and also strapable.

Don't mean to break any bubbles here but I've heard many, MANY people at competitions bash this amp for not doing rated power and being cheaply built....etc

They were giving one of these away at the last comp with the purshase of raffle tickets along with Sony headunits, cup holders and 4 awg wire kits.....

One guy also had 2 of these strapped to 4x12" subs (MTX) in a tiburon like hatch car and he hit like a 142db Street B....

I'm sure it does a lot of power mind you but from what I heard I wouldn't expect miracles from it.

"Bassworx amps are the same type of amp as Lightning Audio Strike / Storm series. Right down to the heatsinks. "

I noticed your in BC, do you attend any shows?

I'm actually dropping out of the SPL comp scene and moving to more of a daily box as I can't compete really compete against guys in CRX's that crank out 151+db.

Wasted $100 at the last show entering...lol

Also, just in case you took it the wrong way I was in no way bashing your amp. I would have bought that amp for $400 as well as that is a good deal for sure :P

Oh yeah you beat me out by just a smidge I got 4th place I think...lol (Red Civic Si, white rims) it was a good show but for what I'm looking for in sound I'm not going to be be stupid loud. I will stick to the more local shows when entering I do believe.

I know Will (same team right..?) and his cars did really well at that competition!

I've thought about trying somethign in my 89 Ford Escort hatch but I don't have any money to drop into it...lol

When/where is the show? If it's close I will see what I can do! Good luck getting into the 150db club!

That doesn't make sense... A prefab is by far less likely to sound as good as a custom enclosure built to specs for your particular subs (be it daily or spl orientated)

haha i was joking, if i built a box it would only be good for one thing really, which is spl unless i built a box for sq. the prefab is best of both.
