Does anyone know much about these? I picked one up yesterday from a local shop and plan on using it instead of a in-line fuse. I dont know much about them just the fact that I can reset it without buying a new fuse. Seems pretty cool to me, and I have not seen one until I bought it.

I think this is the one that I have.

I have an always will use real fuses... but the circuit breaker will do just what it says. Fuses are faster if you use good ones.

But audiopipe is junk... just about everything they make.

Why are you blowing fuses enough to need a circuit breaker?

That's what I'd be more concerned about.

I wasn't blowing fuses very often. It was just less expensive than a regular fuse. I just figured that I would try it.

You should not be blowing fuses in the first place lol. I've had the same fuses for 3 years.

A circuit breaker has ALOT of resistance. It is one of the worst things you can put inline with your power wire (the only worse thing you can put inline is the ground wire.) Also after they pop once, they start popping easier. Almost as if they get weaker.

I'd keep a fuse bro. It will help your voltage in the long run.

I sold a roll of 8ga power wire that was good stuff from them to Hunterw. Great deal too.

Not sure about their fuses though......

They do start popping earlier as they get used more. I had a 160A breaker in my engine bay and as it would get warm it would start popping at 100-120A. Stick with the fuses.
