Just installed infinity 1300A, powering a Kenwood 10 inch W2511. When the radio is on, the amp and subwoofer runs fine.
However, when I tuned off the radio, the amp will cycle through protected and normal power mode about every 3 seconds. This results a thumping sound from the subwoofer each time the amp is turning on. I was expecting the amp to be tuned off when radio is not on.
I checked the amp voltage when radio is on, the power is 12.5V and remote is 11.5V.
In the radio off mode, I tried to remove the remote wire and RCA wire but the amp is doing the same.
