I know you have to let silicone cure 100% before installing your driver or it will ruin the glue on the driver, but is it the same for Elmer's? I installed my wire connections 2 days ago and it's been raining ever since. The glue on the inside of the box is still not 100% dry. Should I wait?

LOL. It's not still running or anything. Just hasn't gone clear yet. Like I said, been raining. Hard. As in my patio hasn't dried yet. No, the box isn't outside. It's in my garage. Humidity is still high in there though.

Damn Texas humidity! Definitely wait, better to wait than suffer the consequences of being impatient.

Good advice. I honestly feel a little stupid for not thinking of something as simple as moving it inside. Put it in a room with a ceiling fan going. Thanks guys.
