would 900rms be underpowering it? i have a kicker zx750.1 that i would like to keep if possible. the birth sheet said 900rms at 2ohms. would i be ok?

yes not much of a noticable difference between 200rms.

the Q will do very nice on 900rms

not a waste at all but 900 will be fine it will just come alive better with a lil more power

ok thanks, and do you know anything about the newer cerwin vega vmax 122's? they handle 500 rms each, and i was thinkin of getting 2. Opinions?

back when i was in high school about 9 years ago they made a decent woofer .. cerwin vega has been around along time ... im sure they make a good woofer now also ... try em out and give a review

CV was a HUGE player when I was younger. (20 years ago). I mean if you had a high end system it HAD to have CV speaks. I believe comparable to today's higher standards. Not sure though.
