Hey guys, ive been saving up money for a long time now and I really want to get a good solid system for my car, I have an RSX and i was lookign at the 12' Rockford Fosgate P3 Punch Subs, 500watts RMS and 1000 Peak each (2 of them), do you think this is too much for my car, or would it sound pretty good, and would an MTX Thunder 81000D be good enough to power it? Is this wayy to much power, or can I handle it if I wanna keep the bass low every now and then too? Thanks

yea, my sis has an rsx as well. my bro n law was just messin around and put in this crappy system, with 2 12" pioneers and a ppi amp in. the amp was prob rated at maybe 300 or 400 only. and dayem, that thing bumped pretty hard. in my opinion, that setup right there should be very loud, because of the angled back of the car. hey, if you got the money, go for it.
