I have the following setup: Head Unit: Alpine CDA-9833 Front Speakers: Infinity 62.5i (75W RMS @ 4 Ohms) Subwoofer: Infinity 10" 1030W (250W RMS @ 4 Ohms)
Note: I do not plan on buying any rear speakers or another sub at all.
I am thinking of buying either PHOENIX GOLD Octane-R 8.0:4 4 Channel Amp (Power @ 14.4V) 125W x 4 (2 Ohms) 75W x 4 (4 Ohms) 250 x 2 (4 Ohms)

MTX Thunder 684 4 Channel Amp (Power @ 12.5 V) 120W x 4 (2 Ohms) 60W x 4 (4 Ohms) 240W x 2 (4 Ohms)
Which one should I buy? If you don't recommend any of the above amps, what would you recommend?
