Clarion subs - vs- Kenwood subs

I'm looking at two cheap 10" subs, one is a clarion SRW1083, and the other, a kenwood W2509, both at the same price.

here are the specs

Kenwood:
175-350W RMS (the box says 175W RMS, but the site says 350W ??)
700W peak
91db sensitivity

Clarion:
(doesn't say RMS, guessing 250W)
500W maximum music power
87db sensitivity

are both these subs crap? I'm looking for 10" subs under $100/ea

You seem to know so much about car audio though. Gets me to wonder if you really do. IMO I would go with something else. Look at the HE2 subs.
