That house was $52,000!?

Man that is such an awesome deal, congrats!!!!

I bought a townhouse begining of this year with my common law wife and it rang in at $180,000+ and we don't even get our own yard...lol

Awesome and scary if it's your first. I'm sure you guys will grow to love it. And as far as the improvements keep in mind maintenance is more important than frills. The bar is nice but if you need a roof things like that have to wait.

Since I left home a ways back I'm currently in my 3rd home. I can never go back to renting or downsizing. I have too much stuff lol.

Congrats bro. In a few years when it's appreciated and the market has picked up again you'll find yourself in a nice spot on that deal ;) Good luck.

X2 on pics.

Your home is the single largest purchase you will make. (Usually) Lol.

And I too cross my fingers on the housing markets' return.

Heres a few pics I've had on my cell for some time.. First things first I've gotta crawl under the house to work on plumbing. And move haha..

Roof was just replaced though Paul hehe :-)

its a 2/1/1 1031 square foot.. attached to the garage is two small workshops.. its a fixer-upper but for what i paid i have to expect that

i did just buy a damn $2400 fridge haha
