hey guys a friend of mine just bought a 2008 silverado flatbed and he want to put three or four 15's in there...he wanted to know will he have to do a blow through or not

Depends on the setup. He could try just porting it into the cab but either way there will be sheet metal cut. Not to mention possible warranty issues. Is he financing the truck? The resell value will plummet if he cuts into it.


IMO it would be a shame with a new truck.

flat bed meaning no sides and no cover? if its ext or crew cab and doesnt mind not havin a back seat he can build a box there otherwise hes sol

hes an idiot. dont ever cut up a financed vehicle.. for that matter i dont see why you would do ANYTHING to a vehicle till its paid for? why not use that extra money and pay it off early?
