10" or 12" sub...this is for the rear of my acura mdx and i want it to be SQ...i wanna feel every beat, drum line etc etc.
i was leaning on a fi q 10" with bp option. i have a pdx1000 coming friday to power it with. please gimme some suggestions...asfar as budget i was hoping to keep it around 200 but i can go higher, i just need to justify it. (there's a fi q on ca.com for 170 shipped, i may go with that). someone persuade me into making a decision i won't regret!
I havent heard the idmax but I heard it has very good sound. I have heard a jl 12 w 6 v2 and I really liked the sound of that sub. You would only need 500 rms for that sub though so you would have to set the amp with a dmm to that power. The output on that sub is decent as well. I metered one and it hit 132 db on 250 watts in a integra hatch.
