I have a pair of Mmats Pro 651. I spend more than 300 bucks on them.
Before Mmats I had a pair of Dimond audio D661s. You could find them on ebay for around 160 or so.

I'll argue that one :-)

JBL is just a cheaper version of Diamond.. I know a dealer of both.. side by side they sound the same.. build quality is also the same.

They might look different but when it comes down to performance it is what it is. Forgive me for posting a cheaper alternative :-)

I have a set of Hybrid Audio Technology Clarus C61-2 and bought them for $404 shipped new. But that was a GB price, around $500 from them now.

Whats your budget for a set of speakers before we start telling to what to buy without one.

Honest mistake

I have CDT ES-5/DRT-25 and they are over $300 idk exactly.

$150 is a low budget for components but you can get something decent. And no to the PGs..... I've heard those and they're not that good.

Its amazing that a few months ago the PG RSD's were the huge b0ner comps, now they "aren't that good".

Regardless of what others may say...for the price, the PGs are DAM hard to beat.

I never said the were good...... I first heard them months ago and was immediately not impressed.

Then, theres that they just feel cheaply built..... I would be very suprised if they last a long time under heavy use.

Agreed with andrew type Rs are quite good for the price (you can often find good deals on them)

I have never heard the CL (CDT's budget line) but judging from all their high end stuff I'd imagine they have to be good.
