Is this a good Mag box design???

Whatcha think? Would this be too big for a Mag? If you can help, my dimensions are about 20"x34.5"x15.5"

It sounded good. Then he sold it. I could get my hands on that box if you're interested...its just sitting in his garage Im pretty sure. Oh and BTW I know nothing about box building. GL though...
