I really am looking for a good bass song group, but I am a white guy, I tried listning to "tear the club up" by 3-6 mafia suggest above but it keeps saying 'nigga,

Suggest good bass music, non-ratial, and non F this F that,

I dont want everyone in my neighbourhood to think I am trying to be of african-american descent and I dont want to get physically harmed either. Suggestions?

michael, leave the old three 6 alone and buy their when the smoke clears. hard a$$ beats without all of the underground lyrics. just go online and download some of the songs and their just bumpin. the bass alone will have you jumping and they will give your subs a real test.

If you want Deep bass and its not rap music go for the "Trance" genre, Its got Tight bass beat and you can roll the streets as a white guy that go bump with out hearing n'gga every 3 seconds.

You can find it mostly at a samgoody or bestbuy, and for free samples goto Kazaa ;).

Boom (how you like that) By (hed)PE off the broke album

Unregistered guest
KEY:

~Artist - *album*
-------------------------------------------------------------------

~Dieselboy - *Project Human* (or) *The Sixth Session*

~DJ DB - *10* (or) *Shades of Technology*

~DJ Shadow - *Hed Sessions*

~Aphrodite - *Urban Junglist*
------------------------------------------------------------------
You should be able to find all of these under "Drum and Bass" or "jungle" or some form of electronica/techno section at the music store. These albums have INSANELY pounding bass for bigger subs, and at the same time have really fast, hard hitting and high SQ bass for smaller subs. By the way, I'm not an expert on car soundsystems, but I've heard these albums on MANY different soundsystems, car and otherwise, and they have been some of the best bass-pounding mixes ever (to me).

I have two Alpine 10" Type R's, kappa 63.5i's in the back, and kappa 42.5i's in the front and I've been pulled over for disturbing the peace while driving by/through neighborhoods a few times, because of these albums.

Enjoy! =^D

Alright first of all if you want good bass go with TECHNO its byfar the best bass you will ever hear coming out of your system. Rap bass is hard but its not nothing compaired to the deep bass of techno. Dj micro is a tight spinner and so is Dj irene. But really any techno will give you better bass then rap. Just make sure the your system can handle it cuz i have blown a pair of eclipse subs listenin to Irene and everyone knows that eclipse subs rock!

the first minute of a song by staind. it's called "Intro". has a nice bass guitar growl at the start coupled with a bass drum and snare combo. sure it's not synthesized hip hop bass or techno, but it's deep and it makes me feel like it's alive and trying to breathe, breathe life in to you system

these will make a change from the usual rap and hip hop choices...

sticky ft miss dynamite - boo!(uk garage)

dizzee rascal - what u on, stop dat, i luv u, seems 2 be(these have some serious bass)

a few house and hard house tracks have some pretty deep pounding bass, to name a couple:
jon bishop - stalker(hoodlums remix), cortina - music is moving

most drum & bass tracks.....

prodigy - smack my b1tch up(crank this one at the beginning, most of your passengers won't be expecting the sudden bass impact when the beat kicks in!), diesel power

sean paul - infiltrate

if i listed hip hop tracks, i would be here all night... loads of tracks with good bass.

Well I don't listen to rap at all, except three six mafia. Here are some non rap songs with bass.

a perfect circle - the package
*a perfect circle - a stranger (I have heard thousands and thousands of songs, rock and rap alike, and no song has ever had as much bass as then one does at 2:06 seconds into the song.)
Bjork - Army of Me, Hyperballad
Incubus - Nice to know you
O.A.R. - Untitled
Phish - Prince Caspian (awesome ocean-wave like effect by bass)
Portishead - It could be sweet
Prodigy - Breathe, Outer space, Poison, Smack my B**ch up
Radiohead - The Gloaming
Smashing Pumpkins - By Starlight (big time bass)
Sublime - Caress me Down

i find altavista's search engine very helpful for finding mp3's. the link is here:

http://www.altavista.com/audio/default

its not perfect, but its a WHOLE LOT better than using kazaa or windowsmediaplayer search features. also, here and there on mp3.com you will find some songs, but tough to navigate. give altavista a try if you haven't.

as for tight bass: im with the techno crowd. in my opinion techno comes alive like no other genre with a good sound system (especially in a setup with a good distribution of highs, mids, and lows).

some of my favorites: DJ Encore, ATB, DJ Tiesto, PPK, Paul Van Dyk, Paul Oakenfold, Marc et Claude, Safri Duo.
