Does it make a difference if you run 2 gauge or bigger into a distribution block and out duel 4 gauge? Running 2 1000 watt rms amps. OR could it be 4 gauge all the way?

I'm running 2 JL 1000/1s and I'm running 1/0 gauge to the distribution block and 4 gauge out. This supplies alot of power. You should use 1/0 gauge wire.
