OT: Face plate

Silver Member Username: Dub_cPost Number: 330 Registered: Mar-06 | Sorry for being long I was going to turn my car on to warm it up and before I got to do that I dropped my clarion faceplate. I picked it up and the all the buttons work except the folder up and folder down button. I took the faceplate off shook it and there is something loose in there. IS THERE a place I can buy a new faceplate? Just the faceplate. |

I had to send it in to a service center and they fixed it for free under warranty. It ended up being some small IC chip in the faceplate. I think they just gave me a whole new faceplate All the old scratches were gone. |

Silver Member Username: Imi4tth3wSan Antonio, Texas USA Post Number: 139 Registered: Feb-07 | i've been having a problem but i just can't figure out whats doing it. i have an alpine 9856 with the ipod apdapter cord, and whenever i leave my ipod 80g, not the newest one, but newer it somehow kills the battery whenever i take it out. well it doesn't kill it but it just won't turn back on unless its plugged in, and when its plugged in it says full battery. so whenever i want to listen to my ipod in my car when its connected i have to wait for it to boot up. i've had 2 ipods and 2 ipod cords and they both do the same thing so i'm thinking it may be the headunit. i'll try a couple of friends ipods and see if maybe i'm just really unlucky with ipods. |
