Setting your gain for a speaker amp

If it matters I have 6.5" HEX comps with a frequency range of 42-24,000. And where could I get this test tone for free? Paid $10 for a month subscription to eMusic (80 songs) so I could download bass test tones, but I already used up my 80 songs lol...
