There aer many other amps out there that are better than hifonics. dont know about elevation though

Ive been talking to the owner for the past 2 days now. He gets back quick. If Brad gets on and sees this thread, he might be able to help you more as for the quality. But from what him and Nick have told me, they are solid amps.
