ok my new nano works perfectly fien but wheneve ri use it on my moms friends computer i plug it in an dit stalls. and then if u hold teh top n bottom buttons its suposed to restart well it dont i have to wait til the battery dies. this would be teh 2nd time this happened to me. why is this happeneing
go back to ipod school, you hold center and top buttons to restart. also 2 things u got a crap comp your plugging it into or you keep unpluging the ipod before ejecting it, lastly you might have a bugged ipod and don't know what google is.
