Poppin noise?

Good call... How did you set the gain? By ear or DMM? Also your RCAs might be touching something at the HU but i seriously doubt its that.

I had 2 JL 10W7 in a sealed and when I turned it up, it would make popping noise and its not even that loud. I found out that it was my amp not pushing enough watts to the subs. I changed the amp and it still did similar problem, and then I found out that my chargin system wasnt up to it. After I fix that, the subs now play loud and good. So check your amp to see if its pushing enough watts to the subs and if your charging system is good.
