if the front bat is a 13v the back is only at 12v i know its norm to drop a couple tenths a volt but is this normal?

normally with 1v drop its a ground issue, is your ground direct or chassis

Running 2 different batteries can cause that, as well as other problems since they will not be exactly the same voltage

chasis ground. i have 3 bats now and this was happening b4 the 3. i ran it just off the front bat and still dropped 1v in at the amp.

That is a ground issue then. Running a 0 gauge ground wire from front to back batteries will fix it if thats the case.

Also, check your front fuse holder.

I have seen faulty fuse holders cause over 2V drops. (Bad connections)

Obviously check all connections first...... any place you have a connection there is the possibility of it being bad.
