What do you guys think about the Pioneer Champion series subs rated 400rms ? are they good, decent, and how is the SQ and SPL

they sound like champions. lol.

anyways....

i used to run a single pioneer premier sub and it sounded really clean. it got pretty loud also. they will amaze you.

i haven't heard the champion series but with a name like that, i am sure it will be decent. lol.

i used to have the pioneer champion 307d2 , i think thats the only pioneer subs rated at 400rms and let me tell you for that price that baby can pound nice and can get pretty loud like Chad said.the sound quality is OK and if you're on a budget get it you wont regret and you dont need a lot of power to make it bump.

but chad if i remember right u did in fact have a champion series (307)

for around $50 or less they perform very good - sq is ok & gets loud ...will take 600wrms of clean power easily since its rated 1200wmax ....use the max cuft specs they give with it & tune around 34hz ....
