new G series - do u guys use the rec specs DD has on their site (max rec is 2.75cuft tuned 40hz) or do ur own thing ?
i have to build a box 4 some1 & was thinking maybe a 3cuft with 15-16sq" of port area but tuned to 38hz for a bit more lows .....not a spl box but more of a street bass LOUD we r hoping to get out of it

Thanks Canaan - going to be run off a orion 2500d ,going into a wagon so space is not an issue but box is going to be firing towards the side of the trunk since in this vehicle it seems to hit the hardest that way without rattling the trunk
