Well TODAY @ 1AM I knew that the competition was at 10am so I decided to finish up my passenger door panels. Worked on it throughout the night and was able to get it semi finished.

I kinda messed up on the passenger side. But I'll make sure to reinforce it some more. But its pretty sturdy right now and the CDT components sounded awesome in them. I'll most likely add a baffle behind it so that it can be sealed off and produce more mid bass. I'll have some more pictures tomarrow of how they look inside of the car.

Alright. Just came from taking these pictures of the door panels inside the car and painted flat black. And the JL amp is powering the components.

Yeah Rob. Its not to bad and I actually plan on redoing them. I feel like putting a pair in each door now, stick with a passive setup, and run 75rms-100rms to each of the components. I might just cut out the part where the speaker ring is located and then redo it from there. Plus, I need to angle it better. I actually might just buy some used door panels and then work on those while I can still enjoy these. So yeah.....

Great job. I'd def. search a junk yard for some used ones- that's the exact setup I had in mind with the two comp. sets off the same amount of power. Wouldn't mind finding out how it sounds and seeing a good build :-)
Great work.
