Silver Member Username: NorthomahaPost Number: 518 Registered: Mar-06 | i know how to do that,....ROB. but theres some funny business about it producing 4000rms at 2ohm. 2000-Watts RMS x 2 @ 1-Ohm 4000-Watts RMS x 1 @ 2-Ohm here check out the chart on autoteks website. http://www.maxxsonics.com/autotek/mm_amps_SuperD.html does this mean it just has a regulated power supply that produces 4000 watts at either impedance for installation flexibility or whats the deal. im confused. |

Post Number: 5211 Registered: Mar-04 | C.Reming, You are not going to be able to get the full 4000wrms out of that amp w/ your subs. You would need four DVC 4ohm subs to get a 2ohm mono or 1ohm stereo load. As is sits now, you can get 2ohm stereo or 4ohm mono to an mm4000.1d. That will give you ~1400w x2 or 2800w x1. |
