Neon's dont really have anything to do with hooking anything into the car audio system. Neons- if you look closely (and if they have the pulse option) they will have a very thin steel wire going the length of the floresent bulb. As the music creates vibration the steel wire shakes. Once the wire hits the blub the light goes on (completing the circut) so each time the subs thump the wire vibrates against the bulb illuminating it. This is for cheap neons. Some may have audio inputs which would most likley go to the AMP. Look closley at your neon!
